Kegiatan deudot yang paling rutin, sekiranya adalah melakukan jogging atau bersepeda. Kegiatan ini biasanya dilakukan setiap minggu pagi. Berkumpul bersama, itu adalah kegiatan yang paling penting. Apalagi jika kami bisa saling berbagi cerita. Nah, dengan jogging atau bersepeda bersama. Bukan hanya kesehatan yang kami dapat, namun juga saat atau momen bersama.
